An 8-foot by 16-foot room that folds flat against the wall! Now who would not want to have one of those in their classroom? We call it the CLAM Room.

It’s the mighty folding CLAM Room! In this case, CLAM stands for Christ’s Livingroom After Midnight (inspired by Nicodemus’ after dark visit with Jesus). Yes, we realize that Livingroom is supposed to be two words and Nicodemus met Jesus on the flat roof of the house, but hey. And besides, Christ’s Roof After Midnight might lead to an unfortunate abbreviation. You may have noticed we do own all things CLAM in this world, other than the actual animal.

As with many of our Projects, this is meant to inspire your own design. The room is super handy for showing videos or telling special stories such as Nicodemus’ visit. We open it only rarely so that the kids see it as a special treat.
